Typical Lines Utilise:
Alcos Precision Rollfeed Systems - which are equipped with Servo control systems to ensure precise cut length tolerances and diagonal accuracy.
Precision Corrective Levelers - to produce panel flat material and are provided in 4HI, 5HI, and 6HI configurations for surface critical material. "Back to Back" levelers can also be provided to ensure panel flat quality through a wider material range.
Flatteners - or backed up flatteners can also be provided to supplement the in-line leveler or as a stand alone process for heavier materials.
Edge Trimming Systems - with servo width control systems and edge scrap systems such as scrap ballers, scrap winders, or scrap choppers.
In-line Crop Shearing Systems - with auto scrap disposal systems and/or off-line entry coil prep station.
Automatic Stacking Systems - programmable vacuum lifting systems, magnetic controlled systems, air floatation, or auto mechanical drop stacking systems.
Strip Cleaning & Drying Systems - to remove debris and contaminants from the strip.
Strip Oiling System - to provide a protective corrosion resistant coating.
Blanking Press - we can provide our own straight sided blanking presses or utilise the customer's existing press.
